SUPPLIERS INFORMATION
Art. 13 EU Regulation of 27 April 2016 N° 679
“General Data Protection Regulation”

Bruno Baldassari & F.lli S.p.a., as Data Controller, hereby informs you that, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 on data protection (hereinafter the Regulation), for the establishment and execution of contractual relations in progress is in possession or may subsequently receive information referred to you.

1. Type of personal data processed
The following personal data may be processed: personal data, tax, contact details, bank details and other administrative or commercial data necessary for the purposes mentioned below.

2. Purpose of the processing
The data will be processed for the following purposes: compliance with legal obligations and performance of the contract of which you are a part, fulfilment of obligations to the State financial administration, accounting and administrative management, management of business relations and handling of disputes.

3. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing consists of performance of the contract and fulfilment of obligations provided for by current regulations.

4. Contribution
The provision of the information requested is required to fulfil the legal and contractual obligations, therefore any refusal to provide them will make it impossible for our company to execute the contract or to perform properly all the obligations provided for by the purposes set out in paragraph 2.

5. Storage periods
Data will be retained for the period of time necessary for the accomplishment of the purposes above-mentioned and in any case not beyond the time limits provided for by legal obligations.

6. Recipients of the personal data
The data will be processed by personnel assigned, suitably trained and working under the authority and responsibility of the owner. Some of the information may be communicated to the subjects mentioned below:

• Public bodies (tax offices and other bodies);
• Law firms or consulting firms to which the Owner has given a specific mandate;
• Companies for service and maintenance of computer systems or suppliers of computer storage systems;
• Other subjects or companies carrying out instrumental activities concerning to the purposes above-mentioned.

7. Data subjectʼs rights
We also inform ou that at any time you can exercise the rights provided for in CHAPTER III of the above mentioned Regulation. In particular, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data, their rectification or cancellation, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; the right to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; you have the right to oppose in whole or in part the use of personal data; and to exercise the other rights recognized by the applicable regulations. Pursuant to art. 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you also have the right to lodge a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority (in Italy, Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei Dati) if you believe that the processing violates the above-mentioned Regulation.
